We focus on eating until we are satisfied, and it only took 1 1/2 for me to be full! Depending on ingredients you use, macros can be different. I suggest using myfitnesspal to log the macros for the ingredients you use then divide by the number of pieces you cut it into and eat what fits your day. The great thing with keto is you are full faster because the fats satisfy you!
