Wonderful! Running out for brown sugar Swerve, then baking up a bunch. Had my day care kids bake up chocolate chip cookies for a Father’s Day gift, and I’ve been about loosing my mind ever since. Need a cookie fix!

I got 36 cookies out of one batch. I use a OXO cookie scoop to keep them all the same size.

With my ingredients and serving count, each cookie comes out to .7g net carbs. I round it up to 1g per cookie when I track them.
