If you are looking for complicated long recipes buried under a million paragraphs of blog, you’ve come to the wrong place.

I’m a working mom of two that doesn’t have time to scroll past 10 paragraphs of why the writer made the recipe.  Because of that, I decided that I wanted to create a place that was full of quick UNCOMPLICATED recipes that were EASY to find and not cluttered with a bunch of writing that most people would just scroll past to get to the important part!

Keto doesn’t have to be complicated!

My recipes are family friendly and designed for busy lives.  Freezer meals, one pan meals, and kid friendly meals are key to making it sustainable for our family to stay keto, and I want to share how we have been able to be successful with others.

Success for us has been more than weight loss.

While we started this for weight loss (and together have lost over 120 pounds), we have found that our overall health has also improved since changing our lifestyle. We have found that we have more energy, less body aches, better mental clarity, and improved digestive health.
