SO many uses for this sauce: topping for cinnamon rolls, drizzled on ice cream, and more! Honestly, it gets eaten by the spoonful around here.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Allulose
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:

  1. In saucepan (use one larger than you think you’ll need!), combine allulose and water.
  2. Whisk until combined and warm over medium-high heat.
  3. Simmer/lightly boil until amber color develops.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk while adding the cream. It will bubble up (reason for the larger pot).
  5. Add vanilla and salt while continuing to whisk.
  6. As it cools, it will thicken.
  7. Enjoy!
