SO many uses for this sauce: topping for cinnamon rolls, drizzled on ice cream, and more! Honestly, it gets eaten by the spoonful around here.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Allulose 
 - 2 Tbsp Water
 - 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
 - 2 tsp Vanilla
 - 1/4 tsp Salt
 
Directions:
- In saucepan (use one larger than you think you’ll need!), combine allulose and water.
 - Whisk until combined and warm over medium-high heat.
 - Simmer/lightly boil until amber color develops.
 - Remove from heat and whisk while adding the cream.  It will bubble up (reason for the larger pot). 
 - Add vanilla and salt while continuing to whisk.
 - As it cools, it will thicken.
 - Enjoy!
