Meal planning and weekly prep is the most helpful thing I do to keep our family on track, and it is often the thing I see people struggle with the most when starting a keto lifestyle. Because of this, I’ve decided to start offering our family’s meal plan each week.
The plans will include a listing for dinner each night Those dinners are made with enough servings (4-5) to provide us with dinner as well as lunch the next day. This helps save time, eliminate wasted food, and keep us on track.
I will try to include tips and tricks that will help save time and stress each week.
Links to recipes will be provided if a recipe is used. We like to keep keto simple around here (another reason why we have sustained the lifestyle), so things like bun-less burgers, steak and veggies, and salads may not have recipes. Feel free to use your favorite recipe for those meals.
Keep in mind ingredients matter! There may be things that can easily be bought pre-made, but be cautious when doing so. Read labels carefully. There is sugar added to things you’d never even think would have it. If I have a pre-made option that helps me save time that has safe ingredients, I’ll share a link to the item or the brand name if no link is available.
