In reality, we add a salad to dinner almost nightly, and this easy blue cheese dressing is the perfect way to add extra fat and flavor. It can be quickly mixed up with minimal dishes and stores great in the fridge for the week making it a great item to add to your weekly meal prep. Ingredients:
1 cup Mayo
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 5oz container Blue Cheese
Directions
- In wide mouth mason jar, place all ingredients except 1/2 of the blue cheese chunks.
- Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth.
- Add in the remaining Blue Cheese and stir.
- Store mason jar in the fridge for up to one week.
