With so many good keto sauces, you need a good keto breadstick to help you get ever last drop. These fluffy breadsticks were a HIT at our house with both the kids and adults. Everyone was going back for more. At 2g net carb, you can enjoy more than one.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Cups Mozzarella

1 T psyllium husk powder (I like the Now brand)

1 T coconut flour

1 egg

2 oz cream cheese

Seasoning of Choice (I used Italian)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for 30 second increments until smooth
  • Add in coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, and your seasoning. Stir until combined. May need to microwave for another 30 seconds to keep it soft while mixing.
  • Add in egg and ensure it is incorporated completely. I used my hands to kneed it in well.
  • Shape and place on silicon mat lined baking pan
  • Bake until totally brown on the outside.  You want them to be crisp on the outside to hold the shape.  If you pull them out too soon, they will deflate.
